Patent-Based Tax Exemption

Since January 1, 2015, corporate tax exemptions have been introduced for inventions resulting from research, development, innovation activities, and software activities carried out in Turkey. Kaizen Patent guides its clients by checking whether the necessary conditions for applying the exemption are met.

TÜBİTAK 1602 Patent Support Program

It is a program run by TÜBİTAK to increase the number of patent applications in our country and encourage individuals and legal entities to apply. We support our clients who file patent applications by providing the necessary information and assisting in managing the application costs.

TÜBİTAK 1702 Patent-Based Technology Transfer Support Call

A call has been issued under the Innovation Support Program to facilitate the transfer of patented technologies developed in universities, research institutions, and technology development zones to the industry. The call has been open for continuous applications since October 10, 2022, and will remain open until a further announcement is made by TÜBİTAK. We offer our expertise to our clients in this process.

International Trademark Registration Support

Under the Decision No. 5973 on Export Support, companies are provided with a 50% subsidy for expenses related to the registration and protection of their domestically registered trademarks abroad. We stand by our clients at every stage, offering them support throughout the process.
